Signing ceremony between Ho Chi Minh City Vocational Training College and ICDL Vietnam

On 28 September 2018, a signing ceremony between Ho Chi Minh City Vocational Training College (HCMVC) and ICDL Vietnam took place to officiate the appointment of HCMVC as ICDL Vietnam’s newest Accredited Test Centre (ATC).

HCMVC is a leading vocational college in Ho Chi Minh city founded in 1999. The college is known for its strong working relationship with manufacturing and service companies to train technical workforce at vocational intermediate and college level.

The signing initiates a close partnership between ICDL Foundation and HCMVC in enhancing proficient digital use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) skills amongst the Vietnamese students and thus improve the quality of Vietnam future workforce.

As a newly Accredited Training Centre for ICDL, HCMVC will now offer multiple digital skills training and certification programmes to improve digital literacy standards among thousands of HCMVC’s staff and students.
